The 2026 Summer Virtual Academy focuses on Fiscal and Texas Education Agency (TEA) topics, providing targeted, in-depth training for federal program professionals. Sessions include guidance on allowable costs (“Buy This, Not That”) to strengthen compliant grant spending, along with a comprehensive, TEA-led Procurement series (Part 1 and Part 2). Participants will gain practical strategies for managing federal funds, ensuring compliance, and navigating procurement requirements with confidence—directly aligned to current TEA expectations and real-world application.
Some sessions will be recorded, depending on presenter permission.
TEA session recordings are available for 90 days after the academy.
Registration is open until the morning of the academy at ACETX.org.
No cancellations or refunds will be offered for the virtual academies.
You may download Your Certificate from the VFairs website after the academy. Please allow 3 days after the academy for certificates to be uploaded into VFairs before attempting to download!
